This is a very frequent question Ghazaala. Your best bet is to search in Bytes.com for help on this (Use site:bytes.com access corrupt database.), ignoring the first batch of results which are just adverts.
Most of the points you'll find are :- Make regular backups of the database so that you have one to revert to when the database is unrecoverable.
- Decompile and Compact/Repair the corrupted database.
- Create a new, blank, database and import all the objects across that you can.
- If none of the above have helped, and it's financially worth it to you, approach a third party to help. At this point it's also very important to review your backup policy of course, as it clearly hasn't protected you from this.
