How to make your form browse through records on your table?

I have a new database. At the bottom it has record selectors where you are supposed to go to the previous and next record. It doesn't work, because I am missing some option. I have a table with records but they won't "scroll" on my form from record to record

Are these controls you made or the default record controls?

If these are your creation then we need to see the code behind them to be able to determine the issue.
