Open Report based query which based on Values in Form

i had a form frmstatement with parameters to run a query name qrystatement, i want the same in report form to print.

Just study the OpenReport() function. Part of the syntax is a parameter field that can be used to refer to the "me.<fieldname> " of the form to filter the report.
