Print button set to default printer setting

    Good day everyone,

Can anyone help me on why, when I create a print button on the form in Microsoft Access, the button didn't follow the setting of printer on my computer.

For example if I want to print out the form on the access, I always need to change the color option to black & white even my setting printer on computer I already set to black & white.

Who can help me on this things?

    Anyone. Please

We need to see the code you are using for the "print button"

All things being equal, the default printer and settings at the OS level (open control panel, printers, etc...) should be used unless you've set something within the code or via Access during the report design (page setup>Page>Use Specfic Printer>[Printer...] and then selected options therein)

Actually I'm just use the button function print form in Access. But I don't know why it can't synchronize the setting printer in my pc.

        mrijet:

If you are using any command button on a form then there is code behind it, either embedded Macro or VBA, to drive the On_Click event. We will need to see that script.

If, on the other-hand, you are talking about the print button in the Ribbon default ribbon, then that is entirely a different situation.
