3rd Combo Box not working

Dear Friends

I have done something. Actually I want to make a database for company's dealers record. Company has 2 names and there are Regions and Territories.

First combo: Company
Second combo: Regions
Third combo: Territories

Some Regions and Territories are in the both companies. I have created tables, queries and a form to run my report. I want to display only Region and Territory for ONLY selected company. Not all records.

I have tried. Now I select company and its Regions display. But Territories under that Region are not being displayed. I mean 3rd combo not showing / displaying results.

I will be really thankful if any one please check my attachment and CATCH my mistake.

I can't open attachments at work, so I'll just ask the questions. Can you provide the table structures for the tables involved in the company to regions to territories link?

Please understand, many of us cannot or will not d/l un-requested attachments.
In my case, such d/l are prohibited by my ITSec staff.. A practical example as to why can be found here http://bytes.com/topic/access/answer...l-ms-products. this unfortunate Member opened a file from a trusted source that resulted in all sorts of issues!

Thus, it is preferable to have the problem clearly described in the posting text, with code and data examples (properly formatted using the [CODE/] formatting tool), and occasionally, only if needed, a screen shot/image attached using the [Advanced] post editor :)
