Hi...can anyone help me for this case...I have create stock system...and using one of the update query in access..The problem is when I put the quantity needs for example, I put quantity needs as 5 then it will deduct from 45 based on the main quantity 50...then, when I put 4 at quantity received the main quantity will be 49...and the problem is when I put back 5 in quantity received at the main quantity it will become 44..how I can manage to deduct it, however I put the quantity needs 5 and the main quantity is 50...and however i put the qty received to 4 or 3 or 2...it's still hold the main quantity data..
