Using an if statement to show a field

What I want to do is create an if statement that basically says "If Has_Returned=Ye s (I'm using a Yes/No for Has_Returned) then show Return_Date, else, hide return date." Does anybody have any idea on how to do this. IF someone could preferably show me how to do this using a macro, that would be awesome!

In your form on current event put the following code

return_date.vis ible=has_return ed

Sorry, I'm not exactly a professional on Access. What do you mean by current event?

if you open the form properties, click on the events tab and you will see current event. Click in the 3 dot button to the right and select code builder. If you are happy with macros then this should e familiar to you

Please keep in mind that many of us are not able to see/review images stored in sites such as TinyPic from work PCs due to IT restrictions - especially those of us in the U.S. where companies can easily run into legal issues. This is the situation I am in with trying to help you.

Because you relied on the image to provide the detail, there is not enough information for many of us to provide help. If you will clearly explain what you are after we may be able to salvage this thread.

We also need to know which version of Office/Access and which operating system you are using as there are some slight differences (with Macros, a ton of difference!).
