In a calculated field how to convert the output to currency format

I have a calculated field that displays a number with digits after the decimal point. How do I convert the output to currency format? I am using Access 2007. If you could let me know how to do this by tomorrow, Saturday, February 16 in afternoon (eastern time), I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Use the CCur() function.
CCur(Your_field _name)

That will not help greatly Seth. Holding and displaying data are entirely different concepts.

Remember, if you use the Format() function to return a formatted string then the value is no longer numeric but a formatted string. This can be useful, but care should always be taken as processes down the line may want the numeric value rather than a text string.
