Access database online like Oracle

can we do online operation using access database[application] like we do in oracle???

Yes, you can but there will be limitation on the number of concurrent connections.

Bear in mind that Access is primarily a Front End tool. It can also be used as a Back End, but doesn't respond as a service. Functionality (which includes Jet) must be included in any web application you design.

I'm not sure about any concurrent connection limitations that Debasisdas mentions. I cannot see where that would come in, but I only know the Access side of things - not web licensing etc.
