Zebra Labels Print Different on other Computer

I have a Zebra LP2844 set up with a USB direct to my computer. I then shared the printer with my office network. Then I copied the front end database from my computer to another computer running Access Runtime, and the print preview previews a long sheet of paper rather than multiple little labels.

What is causing this shift in report formatting? I've had to scrap another project for this same reason.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Alex

I had to change the zebra printer driver on the other printer so that it was reading a 2 x 4" label.

Kind of a no-brainer, but I didn't think that the driver would reset itself considering It's a shared printer; then again, when I went to share the printer, it did download a new driver to the local machine.

      yep, that can happen
you didn't mention what version of Access you have, 2010 has a label wizard that works fairly well

If not, most common issue fix:
Open your report on the problem PC.
Check that the correct printer is selected.
Check the page format is correct for the printer

Access doesn't assume anything from one PC to the next... something I've done is work with the printer in VBA

        Oh, see you solved it...
Sorry, I'm at home with the kids and it's time to send them to bed so the message was a bit late.
Hopfully the two links will make-up for that :)
