How do I limit the returns from a query?
Feb 15 '11, 07:34 AM
I would like to limit the number of returns from my query to 350. Can anyone please tell me how to do this is Access 2010?
(SQL or Design View)
Thanks.

You'll have to use a subquery in the where clause that returns top 350 unique IDs of a group.

Actually, I just had to type "350" in the
returns
box in the
query setup
group in the ribbon at the top. Duh. Just hadn't seen it.
Thanks for the tips!
