I'm working on one of the report that prints the roster for employees of the month, the report is generated from a table that stores all the data the report needs, it is ordered by Area, Shift, Roster Code and Employee name.
The problem I'm having is the ordering, I want to remove Roster Code so I can sort the employees by their names instead of Roster Code. But no matter I modify the Order By in report property, the ordering that is imported into the table as the report's record source, or setup a new query with order by clause; The ordering for the report still doesn't change.
I checked the VBA that generates the records, but the GROUP BY clause is already having Roster Code as the last field to sort. Any ideas where else I can change the order by and make it works? Any help would be greatly appreciate.
