what is an error that gives a reference to utility.mda

we have upgraded to office 2007, our older access programs will not run. I get errors 'cannot find project or library' reference utility.mda

try removing the reference to the library.

From a forms VBA code page in the database
menus/tools/references
Unticked its reference.

You might want to try this on a copy of the database
Others have done this with no adverse effects.
