Backend file size jumped from 50mb to 200mb

What would cause the file size of my backend to jump from 50mb to 200mb (seemingly) overnight? It has always been right around 50mb, growing slowly as more and more data is being entered into it.

I am using Microsoft Jet Engine for the backend with Access 2003.

In the absence of any further info I can only suggest that a web search may be worth trying. You would be in a better position to decide which of the links were appropriate to your situation. I did a quick search and found many references. Producing a definitive list doesn't seem practical.
