How to resize forms in office 2007.

I know this sounds like a stupid question. But I can not figure out why the form takes up the whole screen when you hit view form. I have made the form the size I wanted to in the design view. And yet the same thing happens.

Notice the big one is openened on my PC running 2007. And the other is running from my friends computer running office 2003. Same program.

    Please help.

In design view, bring up the form's properties, and change the Fit to Screen property to No. The form should then display as the size you have set it to.

Here is what it gives me

I clicked the record source on the form. The hit properties. It was set to Not to fit to screen.

      Anything else I'm missing?

You probably can't see that. But It is set to no

Is the form (or database window) that you invoke it from maximised at the time Anna?

By the way I deleted your other copy of this question as I figured you must have lost it while trying to add the attachments.

          Other properties to check:

Set popup to Yes (this is under the Other tab.)
Set auto-resize to Yes (this gets my nomination for most counter-intuitive property name in all of Access 2007.)

Well, I cannot find the Restore Down window. I don't see the maximize button either.
            Is there an option?

              I found the answer.
Click the Microsoft Office Button Button image, and then click Access Options.

The Access Options dialog box appears.

              Click Current Database.
In the Application Options section, under Document Window Options, click Overlapping Windows.

              Thanks Guys!
