Creating multiple entries for a form

I am creating a database that store info on house that have be inspected by a supervisor. he is able to inspect 15 houses per day

Question:

i would like to know how to create a form which i enter a date (1) one time and be able to enter multiple house numbers in that same form.

can this be done and how do i go about doing this

It can be done, but you'd need to use VBA.

There are various examples of how to do this around (I googled access add multiple records form), but we don't just do things for you. We would need to see your attempts and help you from there.
