(MS ACCESS HELP) comment form for access users

hello, i haven't done alot of MS access so i am lost trying to build an application. the application i am creating will allow student users to comment about any of the colleges they have visited in oxford and cambridge university and save this comments. then other student users can click on that college and can see what other users have written/comment about that specific collge. Thanks

I don't see a question in here. If you're asking someone to do the whole job for you then I'm afraid you've come to the wrong place.
