    Separator Page on Mail Merge

    I've got an MS Word File that is using an Access mail merge.

    The data fields are Division, Manger, Employee.

    The data is sorted, alphabetically by Division, then by Manager, then by Employee.

    I merge to printer some 600+ documents.

    My question.
    Is there some type of conditional formatting that could be used to insert a "header page" for grouping by Division?

    I have done this in Access, but the merged files are throwing me for a loop.
