Stupid Question about Access 2k3 DB opening.

    Hello,

It has been a long time (3yrs) since I used Access. Back then I created a DB. I am currently creating another and wanted to use that old one to refresh my memory on things. However, when I open that one, I had set the default views to hide all controls and menus from the users. I am the admin, and I do remember the password. I just cannot remember the key combo to gain back my menus, etc.

    Thank you for help.

    <-embarrased.

    Regards,

An alternative, if not blocked by the db designer, is to use F11. This allows the database to go through its startup routine but then, when you press F11, it will open up the Database window for you.

          Thank you,

as a side note, this site was in my bookmarks under another name. Now that I see the user name NeoPa, I remember coming here before, but it has definatly changed.

          Regards,

It has changed a lot. It used to be The Scripts Developer Network.
