Access 2007 Data Collection Error

I recently installed office 2007 just to make my life more difficult. I started to use the Email Forms for data collection last week. Started up my computer yesterday and I could no longer use the feature. I get the error message " The Microsfot Office Access Outlook add-in is disabled...." I tried everything I could think of to get the Accolk.dll file to load into Outlook but failured. Has anyone seen this or have any idea how to force outlook 2007 to take an add-in.

I don't use office 2007, but I've seen a similar error in outlook 2003.
I found the dll (in my case there were a couple with the same name in diff places, search to find all of them), renamed it to 'name.dll.old', then dug out the MSOffice disc and did a repair installation.

It automatically recreates the ones it needs.

Worked for me at least 3 times so far.

I say rename and not delete for typical 'if it goes wrong just remove new + re-rename old' stuff.

Thank you for the suggestion. I am sorry to say it did not work. I also tried deleting the Search Folder that is created when this Add-in is installed. I know the addin is first installed when the data collection Wizard is initally ran. That wizard doesn't run after it is ran the first time. Is there a way to force MS Access to rerun a Wizard.
