    MS Access hidden menus

Hi, I need help please. I changed the settings in MS Access to hide all the menus. How can I restore to previous state, to show all the menus. Is it possible to hide the menus when everybody else opens the database?

    Thanks,

    Try the following code :
    Code:
    Call DoCmd.RunCommand(acCmdStartupProperties)

Let me try to answer, go to menu tools-->startup... then check the checkbox which you need enable...

        JayJay,

This situation is all the more tricky because menus are not available to the OP at this time.

The code I suggested will go to the same place, but without the need for menus to be available.

so hold down the "shift" tab with the database you are going to open, then go to tools-->startup...

          this is a back door...

          anyway just for try...

I would have sworn that the "Shift" key approach wouldn't work when the Startup options were set to their most extreme.

It appears I would have been wrong. That's the easiest answer :)
