    Blank Spaces In Export Text File

    Hi everyone,


    My problem is whenever I export a report to a textfile. The output textfile have blank spaces.

    Here is my query:

    SELECT ([Name] & '|' & [Company) & '|' & [Address] & '|' & [Employee_ID] ............... .......and so on ............... ..........AS EXPR1
    FROM [Table1];


    My report is like this

    Ive read that we can adjust the sections detail to 0.125 in order to eliminate the blank spaces. That works if the fields are not as long as mine.

    BUT

    My concatenated fields are 200 fields. And That is too long for a report. I have 4 BLANK SPACES because I have 4 PAGES of Report(Landscap e). It cuts the data per page.

    I would like the data to be printed in the textfile continously... as if Its only One page. This should be done in a report because I have also fields in in header and also tables in details.

    I would like to know how to eliminate blank spaces in a textfile report.

    I am using MS Access 2003.

    I suspect this will be as simple as saying "Don't export the report,"

    Export the table instead. It's easier and more logical.
