Dumping Data from Internet Form in to Database

I am redoing a website for friend and they would like to know if it is possible to create a form on their web page, and when the user fills it out and hits submit, that data will be inserted into their access database.

I think this is possible but i don't really know for sure, and if it what would the best language be to code it? PHP, JavaScript?

After a little research it appears that PHP to MySql would be the easiest to start with

True, most ISP's will support this. Access is seldom used for web applications as it's less stable.
