Urgent Help needed to fix a database setup

Hi there
I have taken on what I thought was going to be an easy database setup, and it probably is to someone out there. I can get somethings to work, and others not.
I have a subform, then another subform. My combo box that I am bringing through, seems to keep changing itself, and the links keep adding all the questions that are answered back into the combo box.
I have set up the various tables, thinking that it was feed through okay, but it isn't, and I am stuck. I desperately need to fix this.

Not unless you can give us a much better explanation of what you're trying to do and how it's not working! Your current post makes absolutely no sense to anyone but yourself!
