Querying reports

I have a form with six text boxes from which i run queries. I need to know how i can run a query to retrieve reports from the same text boxes and then print a specific report.

Can you explain in more detail what the Six Text Boxes due, and if you have any underlying code under any of them, and if so, what?

and are you want to select from a list of reports that are defined in your MDB file?
