How to insert a picture into a form

i have a form i created in access. It has provision for pictures of the customers who sign up. i need a coos that will be attached to a button to add pictures from a folder on the d

If I am reading correctly you want a button on your form that will allow a user to open a file dialog box and select a image file from the D:\ drive.

If that is the case you should try to figure out how to do this, then post specific questions as you have them.

This question is very broad and can spawn alot of general answers.
