email including attachement

I have a table like this:

Client ContactName Email
ABC ABC Name ABC@yahoo.com
CDC CDC Name CDC@yahoo.com
MNB MNB Name MNB Name

I am trying to send an email and attach a card (jpg file) to the above clients using the email address in the email field.
maybe creating a button in a form and when clicked the emails are sent.

Two methods for your consideration

1) You will need an extra field in that table to identify the full path to the JPG file for each specific client record and then pass this full filepath path together with your other fields to an 'automation' routine that attachs the file to the mail message and sends it

2) If you think clever on your naming convention for the jpg file ie: ABC.jpg or CDC.jpg or MNB.jpg the logic then is If you store these files in a folder you can then merely target the folder and tell the automation routine to grab the filename of any jpg file that corresponds with the client name and attach it that way. This second method saves you having to manually input anything into the table because the logical link is on the filename portion of the JPG and the Client records identified by the first field you gave there.
