    sorting in access97 report

    hi

this is my first post on this very fine website but I have used some of the solutions of others posts for problems that i have come across.

I have recently been asked to help out with the database where i work, Currently Access 97 is the application that is being used.

I am trying to sort a due date field in a REPORT in order from soonest to latest, the problem is that some entries of that field have a blank entry. So when it sorts to ascending like i want it puts the no entries at the begining of the report and the entries with dates at the end of the report. I have tried the different sorting methods and also tried using more than the on sort at the end of the wizard. Is there anyway around this without putting a date with every entry?

I have, at best, very basic skills in using the Access application and i have ran into something that has me totally baffled. So it would be very appreciated someone could give what I'm sure would be very sound advice to this confused amateur.

    Thank you
