macro security level

When opening mde with runtime there is a foreboding warning that their may be a dangerous expression that can damage the computer. Enough to scare anyone not familiar with access. Is there a way for this to not happen with the mde install. Or if I can convince someone to open the program is there code to set the macro security to low. thanks Alan
