Script to Automate 'Get External Data' in Access

I can manually 'suck' data out of Outlook emails into an Access Table. I need a way to include that part of the process using an Access Macro if possible.
So that I run the Macro and the data is pulled into the table without the laborious open File, then Get External Data, then Import and then setting 'Files of Type' to Outlook and then hunting to the appropriate email folder.
    Is there a way? Hay-elp!
I am using MS Access 2000 and Outlook 2000 with Windows 2000.

Have you considered having the inbox as a 'linked table' (note: not imported) always there and available in access to run any queries directly on that linked table?

File....Get External Data ...Link Tables...Exchan ge (or Outlook)....per sonal folders....inbo x (or whichever other folder you might wish)

    Regards
