2007 Runtime Developer option disappeared

I have created several runtime versions of applications. Much to my delight it has worked very well.

I recently opened Access 2000 on the same machine (and had to reinstall part of it for no apparent reason). Now the Developer option has disappeared from my Office 2007 version. I've tried reinstalling the Developer Extensions to no avail. I even repaired my Access 2007 copy. No luck.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm afraid I know little about this George. Only that versions of Access have always had problems running together on a PC. Upgrading in Access has always been pretty naff :(
