I have designed a report & i want the report in PDF format Can i generate a report in .pdf format in aaccess.

Can any one guide me to generate a report in PDF format.

Not sure, but I think this is part of Acrobat 8. Once installed it puts plugin's into the file,print option. It's then a simple matter of File, Print then select Acrobat Distiller and a pdf will churn out

Actually there are many free pfd distillers. I use PrimoPDF for example. Not bkz it is the best, just the first I've tried.
