I've just started work with a new firm and as I know how to turn on a computer, they assume I am a programer. I know enough to get myself started and this forum helped alot... However. I must create and migrate an Excel database (No maxed out) into Access. My first of probably many questions to come is. How can you set up the database to accept multiple imput users at once.
What I mean is that in a call center environment, with case numbers assigned by "Autonumber " and multiple users inputing data at once (about 20), how to ensure that once a number is selected and while one user inputs data (about 10min) that the number is removed and the database will proceed to the next available number for the next user.
