How to make a Tabular Form 'look like' a List Box

I have a Tabular form and want make it 'look like' a list box.

I dont want the scroll bars to be visible AND do not want an empty row at the bottom (to enter new record information).

Is this possible?

Why not just use a listbox. I assume you don't want this data to be editable.

Just create a listbox and set the row source to the table or query you were using for the form.
