unable to create mde file

i have a database which is converted to 2002 file format.
i am trying to create mde file
but it is giving unsuccessful in creating mde file
please help me.

Open the VBA editor window and in the debug menu click compile. There may be errors caused by the conversion, missing libraries. This will find them.
