Error Message when I synchronize my Access Database

I have one Replica and one Master Design Access 2000 Database. Now I want to synconize. However, I get the error message: "Synchoniza tion failed: The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempt to add."
What can I do?

Change the fieldsize in the master, make it larger so that the data can come thru

if u dont know what field then have a look at the data and compare with fieldsizes in master
