Report in MS Access

Greeting all the team

Whenever i create a report in MS Access & publish it in MS word for labels, only 4 recods (addresses) diplay in an A4 size paper but there is alot of space in the paper, how i can rectify the report so that maximum records can be diplay & save the stationery and our environment
