I have a form that only allows 11 items per person. I have people with 14+ items and need to to limit the first form to only allow 11 entries and then to add the rest of the entries for the same person to another form. Is this possible? I am using access pro 2003

Bit puzzled why you want two forms for inputting more than 11 items.
In general I would use a form for a person and have a subform allowing them to enter any number of items.

When there's a limit when printing to only eleven lines, then its there where we arrange to have 11 lines per page.
