    Access File Format

Currently, my DB is in Access 2000 file format will I gain anything by making it 2003 format? Is this even possible? If so how do I do this?

    Thanks,
    Aric

The only reason to do this Aric is if the intended users are going to be using 2003.

You would open the database from Access 2003 and allow it to be converted to current version (you will be prompted). Then compile your code in the vba editor to make sure all libraries are up to date.

To find a list of the differences :
      1. Open Access 2003
      2. From the Help menu select Microsof Office Access Help.
      3. Type in "New in 2003" into the search field.
      4. Ignore results :S
      5. At the bottom in the 'Search' area, select Offline Help from the dropdown box.
      6. Search again
      7. Select 'What's new in Microsof Office Access 2003'.
