Doing Reports in MS Access

Greetings!

I'm a beginner in using MS Access and making reports on it.I used different linked tables as source of my query.With the help of Between[Starting Date]And[Ending Date] my report will execute.The report should display records of processes by station and by status.The problem is it only display those devices that were currently being processes by station.What I need is to see the devices display by all the station with their current status.Those devices must be in process step by step by the station so if I have five station, the particular device should be display in that five station in my report depending on the parameter that I will set by the Between[Stating Date]And[Ending Date] function.Do I need to convert my database from MySQL to MS Access?or should I only used expressions to distiguish all records to be display.Any help is much appreciated.Tha nk you and Godbless!

Edit your report in Design view.
Make sure properties are showing.
Select Record Source property.
If it is SQL code then copy it from there.
If it is a query then click on elipsis (...) button. This will show the query in Query Design view.
- Select SQL view from the View menu.
- Copy the SQL code from here.
If it is a table then type in the names and types of all the fields.
Paste any copied SQL into a new post in this thread.
