Need Ledger Acccount Format In MS Access For Business

I m at the last stage of my project but i am now struck in ledger . my complete project is in MS Access 2003 and i dont know how to make ledger by using the opening balance and subtracting the firts value from the other as it happens in ledger. please help me in this regard. thanks

I have the same question but with some detail for calculation opening balance in Ledger as on 01-02-2007 and current month transactions (data) upto 28-02-2007 or some other dates in running total

My Detail Data is

Date account dr cr
01/01/2007 0180101 8345 0
02/01/2007 0180101 0 13400
03/01/2007 0180101 2535 0
04/01/2007 0180101 3555 0

I want ledger from 01-02-2007 to 28-02-2007
how i can calculate in query for Crystal Report
