    Event Procedures not being created

    HI All,

    I have a strange issue, and I thought a restart would fix it but I was wrong..

      I still don't understand what happened, but I deleted the old form and
      created a new one.
      Now everything seems to be working as expected...
      At least I didn't have to create another database and copy everything over...
