Enter Key behaviour - Access 2003

Using the wizard to create some A 2003 forms. The long text fields end up
with tiny scoll controls and the enter key doesn't move the cursor to the
next field like it does on shorter fields.

I can turn off the scroll controls but I can't see what to change so that
pressing the enter key moves the cursor to the next field like it does on
    the shorter fields.

On the control's "Enter Key Behavior" property (the Other tab on the
properties dialog box) set to Default.
