WeekDay help

I have a form based on tblWeek
The fields in the Table are
Day1--Monday
Day2--Tuesday
Day3--Wednesday
Day4--Thursday
Day5--Friday
WeekNo--yyyy-ww

I have this table set up for 10 years worth of dates in the future
When I open form frmWeek i want to open it to current date
whats my best approach to this?
open to any and all suggestions
