A97 vs.A2003

Can someone highlight the major differences between A97 & A2003. I
still use my old 97 and still love it. But some are wanting me to
migrate to 2003. If anyone could highlight the differences I would
appreciate it ....Thanks!! Brian

The only major benefit to me is the use of pivot tables and pivot charts.
If it wouldn't be of any use, I'd stick to A97.
