ActiveX Error

Hello All. I have A big problem. We have a small application in MS
Access. After the reinstallation of system (Windows 2000 Professional)
we get a following error:

"The Expression On Click you entered as the event property settig
produced the following error: A problem occured while MS Access was
communicating with the OLE Server or ActiveX Control.

* The expressio may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a
user defined function, or [Event Procedure]

* There may have been an error evaluating a function, event or macro."

I have tried everyting. Two different versions of Access, etc.

This databasa works on other computers perfectly.

Check that there no missing references or that the references are the
same as on the other computers.

I'm an Access developer, and the only way I've found to be truly
certain of what's causing the error is to use the Compile command in
the VBE. If it's catching on a piece of code, that code will be
highlighted and you'll at least have an idea of where the problem is.
As Tanis said, it's probably a broken reference. You can check the
references by going into the VBE and selecting Tools > References. If
any are missing, the word "MISSING" will appear next to it. You can
uncheck the checkbox by "MISSING" and see if that corrects your problem.
