This probably going to be really simple but I can't get my head round. I
have a text box which fires off a filter after update. My problem is that
the field length has changed from 5 characters to 6. Some will still use
just 5 so have preceded the 5 digit entries with a zero. Because of this, I
have to use a wildcard with my filter but can't get it to work.
The event is..... DoCmd.ApplyFilt er , "iinordid Like '" & Me!find_asn & " '"
but I need to get it something like DoCmd.ApplyFilt er , "iinordid Like '"
&"*" & Me!find_asn & " '"
Could anyone offer any suggestions?
