Force Word doc to use Page Layout view?

This is Access/Office 2003.

I'm generating a Word doc, using a template, and attaching it to an
email message. When the users get the message and open the attached
doc by double-clicking in the Outlook message window, it defaults to
some weird Web view. Can I force the Word doc to open in Page/Print
layout view?

Sounds like an Outlook question.

Does the Word doc on YOUR computer look okay?

If so, I'd check with the Outlook group.
