    Answer: Access creates ADP database in MSDE only with SQL Server mode authentication

    I have now confirmed that MS Access will create and ADP database in
    MSDE2000A only when the server is placed in MIxed mode security when
    the SA account and password are used. It will not do so in Windows
    Authentication mode.
