Error 3197: Deadlock?

Sounds like a deadlock notification to me.

There is one exception. ACC2000: "The Microsoft Jet Database Engine Stopped the
Process" Error Message When You Try to Delete a Record

This problem occurs if fields with a bit data type in the SQL Server-based database
have been left blank.
